Why we run it

1TenHost already operates edge capacity in five regions for its hosting customers. Running a free proxy on the spare headroom costs us little and gives people on filtered networks a way to read the open web. That is the entire business case.

How it is funded

Out of 1TenHost's own infrastructure budget. There are no ads that track you, no affiliate redirects inserted into proxied pages, and no data brokerage. If that ever changes, this page changes first.

If someone is using this proxy to attack or harass your service, send the timestamp and the target host to the address on our contact page. We block abusive traffic quickly because it threatens the service for everyone else.
